Michelle Kee Interiors is a boutique interior design studio specializing in design services for remodels and renovations of bathrooms and kitchens, as well as auxiliary spaces such as mudrooms and laundry rooms. Michelle Kee Interiors is based in Ashburn, VA. and serves the nearby surrounding area.
Mission
Seeing the potential in a space is one of my strengths. A cohesive design concept in conjunction with a detailed approach is a combination my clients can expect.
I strive to be a good listener to my client’s needs in order to create spaces that are functional, thoughtful, and highly personalized. My design goal is to reflect the client’s aesthetic while delivering a concept which is fresh, calm, and beautiful. I enjoy the technical aspects involved in bringing the design to life. I work towards creating a space beyond the client’s requirements.

Get to Know Me
I studied art, art history, and interior design. I earned a B.A. in Studio Art from George Mason University and an A.A.S. in Interior Design from Northern Virginia Community College. I am a member of NKBA (National Kitchen + Bath Association).
I have always been inspired by touring historic houses and gardens. I consider myself a life-long learner both professionally and personally. Learning new things, staying current, and being challenged are all important to me. I love the creative aspect of concept design, but I also enjoy the technical side of design such as architectural drawings. Execution of the design concept through project management and the construction process is equally important to me.
In my downtime, I enjoy painting, hiking, and spending quality time with my wonderful husband and two children. I am an avid cook and have an extensive cookbook collection. If you have a favorite one, please share your recommendation with me!
