The client wanted an economical update to the laundry room incorporating new cabinets (with space for cleaning supplies), flooring, and lighting.

We envisioned a practical and pretty space with added cabinetry to accommodate mops and cleaning supplies in a vertical cabinet on the left and upper cabinets separated by a Lucite rod to hang garments. A butcher block countertop (replacing the former laminate one) allows for folding clean laundry, a new light fixture improves ambient light levels, and patterned floor tile adds vitality to this utilitarian space.
